The goal for me, always, is to have fun, and to kind of intentionally be unexpected and go against the dress code a little bit.

The goal of art is to inspire people to look inward.

Creativity is merely a plus name for regular activity. Any activity becomes creative when the doer cares about doing it right, or better.

One of the big concerns I have is that most of the HR departments in a lot of companies are hiring away from creativity and they don't know it. For instance, they are requiring everybody to have a college degree. The most creative people I know couldn't deal with college.

Dance has been a driving force in my life for 25 years. From music videos and hip hop, to jazz and musical theater, to ballet and classic modern dance, I have had extensive exposure to a variety of techniques that inspire my own electric style.

When movies first came out, maybe they were in black and white and there wasn't any sound and people were saying the theater is still the place to be. But now movies and theater have found their own place in the world. They are each legitimate art forms.
