Coming to Houston was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up.

I think one thing as far as my learning curve and what I'm learning - there is a time to take a sack, and then there is also a time to try to find a way to maybe throw the ball at a receiver's feet.

I have been around football all my life, and it doesn't happen. It never enters my mind. I don't think, 'Oh, what's going to happen to me at the end of the season?' Whatever happens to me, happens.

Writing/reading is like visiting another person's brain. And a short book or article is like a short stay. You come in, have a coffee, talk about the weather or sports, and then move on.

If you do all the little things - like being in the right position, pressing at the right moments, working for the team in a smart way - if you do all those things as a group, then at the end of the game, you will be rewarded. Once you stop doing that as a group, the opposition will always find some gaps, some spaces.

Trust in the great American ingenuity. We can derive more intelligent, more brain-friendly ways we can play football.
