Growing up in Finland, ice hockey was the main sport. But I never played that. I went with footy. I never had any other hobbies.

I have great memories of playing in the Champions League at Celtic Park. That was something I will never forget, and of course we won a championship and that's something no-one can take away from me.

I had four seasons with Brondby in Denmark and they were crucial, mentally. The first two seasons there, I score nine goals, then nine goals. Then we get a new coach, Alexander Zorniger. A German guy. The next two seasons, I score 20 then 17.

It is always nice to get your first goal of the season.

Mental illness lives all around us every day. I've seen it in other family members, I've seen it in friends, and I've dealt with it myself with my own postpartum depression.

We can either be governed by fear - fear of immigrants, fear of Muslims, call the press the enemy of the people, tear kids away from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border - or we can be governed by our ambitions and our aspirations and our desire to make the most out of all of us. And that's America at its best.

I was very lucky in that I had a happy home life and that I was interested in things my parents wanted to provide for me.

I do a great deal of work with young children, and if you give a child a problem, he may come up with a highly original solution, because he doesn't have the established route to it.
