When you think of 'Biggest Loser,' you think of it as a TV show. But people are coming to lose weight. I take that very seriously.

I'm on the younger end of Gen X, and for me, growing up gay was not cool.

Everything has an opportunity cost, and the big things we want in life - like happiness and healthy relationships and wealth - they all have big opportunity costs.

Desire is individual. Happiness is common.

My wife, whenever I'd go off to work and I'd be kind of anxious, she'll say, 'Remember, have fun.' Oh, I forgot, thanks for the reminder. Because sometimes we do forget. We take it all too seriously and there's a lot of joy to be had wherever you are.

I'm an open book. I speak to people all the time and generally have a smile on my face. I'm true to who I am, so you can never always smile and be happy.
