Since they all broke up the greatest conference in football, which was the Southwest Conference, I've had little interest in them any more. I thought that was a disaster and a disgrace when they did that, but they did it anyway. So I've lost interest them and I don't care what they do anymore.

My breadth of football experience, my injury history, and my all-or-nothing goal to become one of the best linebackers in the NFL, combined with all I'd been learning about the game's neurological effects on the brain, convinced me I'd be wise in choosing another career.

In addition to toning your arms and shoulders, it's a total body workout for your legs and abs, and works your heart and core unlike any other sport.
