Excessive sorrow laughs. Excessive joy weeps.

Energy is an eternal delight, and he who desires, but acts not, breeds pestilence.

I have no name: I am but two days old. What shall I call thee? I happy am, Joy is my name. Sweet joy befall thee!

The hours of folly are measured by the clock; but of wisdom, no clock can measure.

The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom.

The true method of knowledge is experiment.
