The truth of the matter is coming up with a title is one of the most challenging things we do.

I feel like there's always a lot of curiosity about what happens in America.

Our goal is to focus on the unique points of view of our show creators but make shows that have broad appeal.

In television, we are fortunate because we get to try a lot of things; we get to take a lot of shots. It gives us a great opportunity to tell many different stories from diverse points of view.

Over the years I always did some water colors, and I did a series of pictures of drawings. I always did it during a period of time that was slow in the photo business, but in essence it was always frustrating because I'd get started, and then it would be time to get back to work and I wouldn't get anywhere with the painting.

Fighting for one's freedom, struggling towards being free, is like struggling to be a poet or a good Christian or a good Jew or a good Muslim or good Zen Buddhist. You work all day long and achieve some kind of level of success by nightfall, go to sleep and wake up the next morning with the job still to be done. So you start all over again.

Being in a career and going from highlight to highlight and playing a lot of matches you go through it and think it's normal when you play in front of 60,000 and you almost want to vomit in front of every game.

Thinking about my career, nothing ever came easy for me.
