Otherwise, my whole career has just been flinging myself at whatever is most overdue first and letting everything else stack up.

Generally, I liked feeling able to connect with millions of women on a very deep level. It felt special that women especially would cut out my strip and place it on a refrigerator.

Because the majority of my readers are women, I feel that one public service I can provide to them is to spread the message of regular mammograms and early detection within the strip.

The best strips are the most honest. That's just the truth of it.

I don't do a lot of strategizing, career-wise. I was approached by Chris and Phil, the guys who did 'The Lego Movie.' They gave me my first job on 'Clone High.' We've been friends forever, and they asked me if I wanted to write something with them.

Film was nothing like television; there was a craft to it, and I realized how much hard work was needed. It was not some mindless, two-bit job that only requires you to look good.

The word 'career' and 'actor' really don't fit in the same paragraph, let alone sentence. There is no career structure for actors.

My life and career is defined by the constant pursuit of new forms of culture and self-expression.
