You can have a fight card full of male fights, but yet when that women's fight comes on, that's what people watch. They're super excited by it.

Women's MMA has come a really long way. People look forward to us fighting, and they get excited.

There's moments where things are harder than others, and there are obviously questions, but when it comes down to it, there is no quit in me.

I just put all my energy into me and focusing on what I'm going to do, and I'll go in there and do that right through the end of the fight until I get the job done.

I wanted to be part of the Houston Astros when they become a good team. That was my motivation... I never had in my mind the idea of playing with any other teams.

So when folks talk about the deficit and leaving the deficit for our children, we will never get out of debt had this country until people get back to work, until they have good-paying jobs, and in between times, we will not move this economy forward until we are helping people be able to keep going in this recession.

Sometimes, companies are better placed than politicians and governments to make change happen. That doesn't mean that they should not be held to account and follow international rules. But with the right motivation, they can be the force for change.

Instead of letting the hard times get me down, I've learned to keep going at to look for the hidden good.
