And for a very special group of people, we've provided their only job. I'm speaking of course of the disabled. They have stated they don't want a hand out just a hand. We are happy to give them one.

It's no secret that I've become known for my strong political views.

We find that other employees are very enthusiastic about their fellow crew members who have disabilities-or what they previously thought of as disabilities.

We have developed overlays for the keys of the cash registers with the help of the Braille Institute, so that blind crew members can take orders and help our guests.

As a player, if a club is desperate to sign you, then you can benefit from that. Desperate clubs are prepared to pay more money; they are prepared to act decisively and play you.

As a child, as far as I was concerned, my dad had an amazing job, and we had all the money we needed. My life was so fun and carefree that I didn't realize at all that we weren't rich - until I met someone rich. Still, I've never met a rich kid who grew up as happy as I did.

Of course, you try to achieve some things to provide for you and your family, and your club can pay you whatever they pay you. But, for me, it's important to be healthy, stay on the pitch and give everything to make performances. This is priority number one for me.

I know all my tricks, and I'm pretty bored with them, so if that's all someone wants, I'd rather wait for TV money and not work so hard.
