I decide my future. I decide what I want to do. Nobody else. If I decide this will be my last year, maybe it is. If I decide it will be my last contract, I decide that. Nobody else. So I will decide when the moment is there.

Nothing is written in stone, as a career is an unpredictable journey.

People often write after they finish their career, or they don't play anymore, or they are not anymore active. So I say, why do that? And let's do it differently.

I'm apparently attracted to things that are on the edge of what America really wants to watch: 'Six Feet Under,' 'Sports Night,' 'Dirty Sexy Money,' and 'Parenthood' were always struggling in the ratings. It was kind of heartbreaking not knowing if we get to come back every season.

Mum and Dad used to always follow me and support me, taking me to Newcastle on a Sunday morning after getting up at 7 A.M. They have always supported my football but always told me how important school was.

I definitely want to put my kids in gymnastics at an early age, whether that's what they want to or not. Gymnastics just builds such a great fundamental strength at a young age, and they get great; they learn how to move with their body. I think that can translate to any sport later in life.
