Philadelphia is kind of like a Mecca for professional wrestling, especially the old ECW Arena down in South Philly. That's the place I always wanted to wrestle growing up, and I got that opportunity when I worked with Ring of Honor.

I was a big Hulkamaniac growing up in the early '90s.

I don't avoid carbs. I don't avoid protein. I think it's just, again, about balance and finding what works for you and your body. For me, having a higher protein, higher carbohydrate, and middle-of-the-road fat count usually gets the job done as far as my energy needs and for my physique.

If you're not learning, then you're stagnant. If you're stagnant, then you're not evolving and the business isn't progressing.

The American television industry is a Darwinian environment where success is usually measured in inches, not yards. That is, for most TV media, audiences have gotten so small that one measures 'victories' in tenths of a point - as in, a 2.2 percent share is a great leap over a 2.1 percent share.

The iPod wasn't the first MP3 player. Nor were the iPhone and iPad the first in their categories. The real reason for the success of these devices - the true unsung hero at Apple - is the iTunes software and iTunes Store. Because Apple provided them, it wasn't just selling hardware.

Just because you used one set on one guy and had success doesn't mean you can use that exact set, that exact timing, the next time.

I have had fear in the past, yes. I've learned to fight it. But I still have my moments. I just have to remind myself that fear is all within your mind, and that you're only holding yourself back when you give in to it. Even fear of success can be scary.
