I played all sports growing up. Baseball was always my favorite, though.

Union membership is not the sole guarantor of job security and a living wage, but nonunion factory workers do not enjoy the same protections as union workers. I believed in it before; I absolutely believe in it now. So that is probably one of the things that affirmed something I already supported.

When you have kids you do grow up. I have just started realising it now-it changes the world, having children.

My restaurants are never opened on Thanksgiving; I want my staff to spend time with their family if they can. My feeling is, if I can't figure out how to make money the rest of the year so that my workers can enjoy the holidays, then I don't deserve to be an owner.
