Unfortunately, wrestling in India doesn't have the same appeal for the youth that cricket and football do. For this reason, I want to also begin a series of wrestling academies across the country.

I am into professional wrestling. Only Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling can qualify in Olympics. I chose professional wrestling for fame and limelight and good money.

I wanted to win an Olympic medal for my country but because of circumstances, I had to become a professional wrestler. I will have fulfilled my dream if I can support even one kid who wins a medal for the country.

I was very weak in my childhood, and arthritis took a toll on me. But my parents did everything in their might to help me recover. Slowly, I started recovering from the illness, and I made a pact with myself that I would not let my past dwell on my future.

When things happen socially in our community, as artists, we've got the right to exercise our voices if we choose to, use our powers for good.

I'm active in PAX, which is a gun awareness organization. We treat gun safety as a public health issue.

There is something so rewarding about dancing. It's almost spiritual - you let loose, you feel free, you get endorphins from the exercise.
