There's no doubt Uber will be a leader in that space.

Cultivating innovative thinking starts at the top. Leaders can foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creativity and experimenting with new ideas.

One of the topics I'm most passionate about is servant leadership - the greatest leaders recognize that they're here to serve, not to be served.

For any new leader of any party at any given time it takes time if you are not in government to establish yourself.
