The Lord opened the understanding of my unbelieving heart, so that I should recall my sins.

I do believe that God has his hands on me and that he has work for me to do.

The main problem with films is that everybody always thinks of us as a violent people. We are not. We are spiritual. And when you show someone without a sense of humor or families, which is the way you usually see Indians in movies, then they are without a spiritual base and become subhuman.

I am at peace with God. My conflict is with Man.

It's kind of like some kind of church for me, playing live. Each show, good people from different pockets of the world come and open their soul and let their spirits mingle and dance. That energy comes up through me, and all I do is channel it; it's like a circular motion and very sacred.
