I don't try to come in and act like I know it all, and that's why I put the extra work in of watching film, getting an understanding of what you want from personnel, each player.

If given an opportunity, knowing I'll play 36 minutes a night, I can perform at a high level. Spotty or inconsistent minutes, which have been the case in the past, then the numbers fluctuate.

You can't let emotions get involved with what the common goal is: to win. At the end of the day, that's what it's all about.

All I care about is winning.

I don't say I'm necessarily a professional football player. I'm a competitor. That's what was instilled in me as a young boy.

I'm just playing basketball. I just want to be a great player. That's it. That's all I'm thinking about. If the other stuff comes, it comes, but I'm just fortunate to play in the NBA Finals and just to play basketball, period.

For me, football is more than a sport, just look at the impact it has on society.

I don't feel like basketball is the only way to make a living.
