If I know somebody is coming 'round, it is incredibly difficult for me to work because I'm waiting for this interruption - even the children's comings and goings are interruptions. Cake-making is a good way of coming out of that space.

I feel like, with makeup, I really picked it up on my own. There's no one really in my family - my grandma is probably the closest - who loves makeup like I do.

A lot of people asked us why 'Journey' didn't let them play with friends or family, and obviously we had a reason - because that would have defeated the purpose of the game. But for a game to be truly be accessible to both children and adults and to men and women, it has to allow people to play with the ones they love.

I don't want my kids to have to walk through a world where they have to constantly explain who they are and who their family is.
