Gender equality is one of the principles we will never compromise at Accenture.

With the full power of our 360,000 people, we said to the external world, 'This is what we believe at Accenture is the right thing to do, and gender equality is among the business principles which are fundamental for a company, and we want this to be known outside.'

I am very proud that Accenture is among corporate champions to be honored by the Women's Forum of New York for our mutual commitment to making a difference.

We are proactively training and upscaling thousands of people in key areas such as cloud, artificial intelligence, and robotics.

When the world is in the midst of change, when adversity and opportunity are almost indistinguishable, this is the time for visionary leadership and when leaders need to look beyond the survival needs of those they're serving.

We need to restore U.S. leadership to a world order that is rules-based in order to protect our American dream here at home.

CIOs have to be able to lay out a clear path in concert with the business leader - I used to make the business guy responsible for the apps and force them to answer the question of why they feel they need non-standard apps when they know that's how the costs skyrocket.

I don't like sweating the details, and I'm pretty disorganized. To be a better leader, I need to stay on top of these shortcomings, and being reminded really helps.
