Whatever I do, I'm always struggling to create a visceral experience. With my music, I'm more of a live performer these days. And film is such a different thing. It's where people sit in a dark theater. I want them to feel me as viscerally as if they were at a live show.

I was quiet, and I was artistic. I liked writing poetry, and that was very strange, so I was bullied a lot.

I just find my creativity manifesting a bunch of different ways.

I think of myself as a little kid, and I had a wild imagination, but it was something that was encouraged and supported, which helped steer me into the arts.
