To say a player is past it at 29, 30 isn't right.

We have to learn from the past.

My job is to keep my players fit and fresh for the important games.

This sport has given me so much. It has taught me to be strong emotionally and physically.

I was quite fat as a kid. And swimming is a sport you can enjoy whatever size you are. If you're fat, running is a pain. I'm not really built for running.

I'm not going to change and get the emotions out of my game. It's important to have emotions in sport. If you don't have emotions, it's like you don't really care. Because if you care about something, you're always going to be emotional. Doesn't matter if it's sports or personal life.
