I'm so proud to be a Latina. Growing up and being Latina and growing up with my father and getting to do a lot of the Hispanic traditions, I loved it.

Any female of any age, anyone sitting on that couch, is going to relate to some Bella family member.

We started to have more women and little girls in our audience, where it started to be 40 percent female that sat in our live audience. In the late-'80s, there was a big push to make American football big in Scotland. The Super Bowl was on TV, but it didn't really catch on. When I was a kid, though, I became a big Miami Dolphins fan. I don't really know why - I just liked the logo, I guess. I didn't really know what was going on.

I never expected to compete at home in a UCI women's race - let alone as world champion.

Those types of players are always necessary in a team, who are very creative and can break a game open.
