I know I'm never going to be a professional ballroom dancer.

I moved to Europe and was able to take time and really explore who I was and who I wanted to be. I needed that time for myself to really do that self-exploration and get back in touch with my roots.

Throughout my career, people have totally confused 'Laguna Beach' and 'The O.C.' I think, in people's minds, it all kind of got blurred over time.

I have a career, I worked so hard for it.

I've learned that fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path. Transforming fear into freedom - how great is that?

Each member of the team must feel important - everyone must make my life and choices difficult.

Life doesn't make any sense unless you can enjoy the journey, and sometimes I take that for granted.

We should not forget, no matter how we quantify it: 'Freedom is not free.' It is a painful lesson, but one from which we have learned in the past and one we should never forget.
