Growing up, my uncle used to always have dogs, and we always had a dog growing up. I couldn't remember a time when I never had a dog. It was part of the family. So once I actually got old enough, I got a dog in college, then I felt he needed a friend, so I got another dog. They just started adding up from there.

I used to go to Dairy Queen all the time. It always brings back a little bit of memories. As kids, we always used to go get ice cream.

What I've been doing over the course of my career - everybody's been seeing me be my best self.

I feel I'm one of those guys that doesn't necessarily depend on athletic ability.

Mary Jo and I have three teenagers who are in their last years at home. In addition, I was just offered and accepted a position with Williams College as a visiting lecturer on leadership beginning in February 2017, and anticipate accepting other academic positions shortly.

I think it is incumbent on the rest of us - and I would suggest that includes other European leaders - to pause in what has become a very popular game of telling the Greeks how to run their lives.

The West needs leaders with the courage and the will to fight the scourge of radical Islam.
