I think the way I eat is the foundation of my performance.

It's not superstition, but I do everything exactly the same on game days. I'm a creature of habit. I eat the same breakfast, and then I drive the same way to practice. Then I come back and eat the same exact same lunch before every game.

I don't always match up with guys like Dwight Howard or Andrew Bynum, but when I do, those guys are a challenge. Dwight, for example, is quick, explosive, and strong all in one.

My whole mindset in training is to be explosive and fast, and I try not to get too big and bulky.

To me, I would say that Cesar is underrated. As a defender, he has got everything. He's quick; he's got that desire, passion for the game. He just wants to play football. Azpilicueta is never tired. He can run all night in every minute. He wants to play every game.

I've played a lot of basketball during my life - and it's not always been good.

Growing up as a kid in inner city of Baltimore, Maryland, the way I played the game, I used to always steal the basketball.

In the end, for me, football is still a game. Even if you are a professional, you need to have fun when you are on the field. If you don't enjoy your job, you don't have fun.
