Jc and I love our YouTube audience, and we're going to keep producing videos, but we're also really interested in learning what other opportunities are out there.

Working with a full Hollywood team has been an awesome learning experience, and I definitely want to pursue acting more.

I ripped off half my hair with a waxing strip, and it didn't grow back for, like, 5 months.

I act like a kid, and I feel like I need to grow up a little bit. A little bit. Not too much.

I come by writing dialogue fairly naturally, I've got a chatty family; I'm a bit of a voyeur, and if I'm ever in a public place, I automatically find myself listening.

My father would go to work and try to survive every day just to get home to my mother so they could be at each other's side. That's what I want.

I grew up in a small town in a low-income family and was the only black kid in my elementary school. I felt like an outsider, and since I didn't know of LGBT people - much less LGBT black women - living happy, healthy, and successful lives, I didn't believe I could ever marry or have a child.

My father was incredible: a longshoreman; my mother was a secretary. Very 'go to work' people. That's how I saw things.
