Illiteracy is rampant. People are out of communication.

I love coloring books. I keep some by my bed.

I love what I do, so it's not tiring. If I worked at a computer or drove a truck, I'd be dead in a week.

I love playing strong women, even if they're nuts.

I get up around 8 o'clock, which gives me enough time to walk dogs and feed chickens and horses. Then I get to work in my home office upstairs, and basically, I don't stop until I've written 2,000 words and/or the Stephen Colbert show is over.

As far as WeWork is concerned, we're not competing with co-working spaces; we're not competing with office suites. We're competing with work. We think there's a new way of working in the world, and it's just better. For the millenials and everybody that understands collaboration and the sharing economy, that's just the right way for them.

Imagine if we could create the most just workplace in the world. We would naturally be a magnet for all the great minds out there.

My career, definitely, the early years were a little scattershot, in terms of - it was a little regional theater, it was a lot of voiceovers, it was a lot of random day jobs. I mean, it was hard. It was hard to scrap around, and once 'Hairspray' happened, then it all kind of clicked into place.
