I was growing up watching Rooney as an England legend and as one of the top players in England in my lifetime.

Coming into a new club, it's always exciting.

Sometimes I was getting bored playing in youth games and in the reserves; I didn't think it was challenging. I always wanted to be challenged and better myself.

Petr Cech has been a top keeper in the Premier League for the last 10-12 years. When you're growing up, you see him making these saves week in, week out. He's probably been the most consistent goalkeeper in these last 10 years in the Premier League, so you can't give him too much criticism.

The other thing is quality of life; if you have a place where you can go and have a picnic with your family, it doesn't matter if it's a recession or not, you can include that in your quality of life.

Make that extra effort for every relationship. Whether it's with your parents, your children, your husband or your friends. It makes a difference to them. I try to give my kids a lot of solo time where I play with them, talk to them, listen to them. Similarly, you give time for your workout. You slot a time for it, no matter what.

Inspire your children. I promise, your kids will think you're cool if you do this. They may not tell you that now, but they'll thank you later in life.

We don't like what we don't know or understand. Parents don't like the thought of their kids embracing social media because they don't fully understand the benefits and dangers.
