I'm still a huge Yankees fan. Growing up, Jeter was my guy, but Bernie Williams was my favorite player.

When I think of influential females in hip-hop, my mind goes to Foxy Brown, hands down.

I guess I am a rapper. It's weird to be called that, or tell someone that's your profession.

I grew up in such a melting pot. There's more ethnicities in Queens than there is in any place on the planet. So you grow up knowing things about other cultures.

I am an entrepreneur. Beyond that, I am a mother and part of a wonderful family that is part of a wonderful business.

When I go back to family reunions everybody goes, 'Hey cousin! Hey Auntie!' And I'm like, 'Okay I don't know you, I have no idea who you are.' I am auntie and cousin for so many and even the ones in prison call me collect. And I'll be like, 'Which of my family members are giving you this phone number?'

The bottom line: if you want a happier family, create, refine and retell the story of your family's positive moments and your ability to bounce back from the difficult ones. That act alone may increase the odds that your family will thrive for many generations to come.

I completely put all my time and effort into my kids and once I stepped foot in the ring, that's who I fight for. And that's who I work extra hard for when I'm tired, to feed my family and to make sure that they are going to be alright after boxing.
