I've been in the league a lot of years, and I'll know a majority of the coaches, not only in the college ranks but in the professional ranks, both as head coaches, position.

In terms of the past, I think we've all learned from the past. I think that's great wisdom.

I bet you that we all learn from our mistakes. I've learned from my mistakes in the past, too.

From a planning standpoint, you want to surround a first-year head coach with quality coaches at all levels.

I grew up being into sports and I wasn't trained to move my body in the right way for dancing. I'm the last one to get any moves correct. In rehearsals it's always, 'OK, one more take for Zac.'

My hands. I'm constantly working on my hands. I'm constantly working on my ground game and constantly trying not to get satisfied with where I'm at with my career and where I'm at as an athlete. I'm somewhat happy, but never satisfied.

When I first got into the sport, or first got into athletics, I always felt that sense of responsibility that I was destined for something bigger, that I was going to do something major.

Growing up, I looked up to major league baseball players, and now these young women have amazing, incredible women all across the board, from swimming to gymnastics to softball to basketball. It is incredible how far women have come and women in sports have come.
