It's always nice working with friends. And if you have a director that you've worked with before, you don't have to go through that first learning thing. There's an element of trust there.

People shouldn't have to lose their accents to get a fair crack at the whip at a job or move up within a sector or industry.

I tell all the young guys, don't make choices because somebody else is telling you it's good from a career-maintenance perspective.

I'm fortunate that I'm employed. And if you're in show business, of course, every night you go to bed and go, oh my god, tomorrow I'll never, ever work again.
