Young people discovering their sexuality must know they walk with a strong tradition and that they are not alone. They have a right to information without being pressured.

I have often felt bad that I am not great at any one thing. Like just a super super singer. Or the Gregory Hines of something.

I don't much care who is gay or straight or married or not. I mostly notice if they are brave enough to confront bigotry.

That made me feel good, not to go to a resort where outside the door is extreme poverty.

I come from a family where people are physically affectionate. Hugging and kissing comes naturally to me.

After receiving strong encouragement from numerous people that I respect and admire, discussing with my family, and seriously considering it, I have decided not to run for the 12th Congressional District, a seat currently held by a man I admire very much, Representative Jerry Costello.

Now that I have kids, I'm probably more overprotective than I've ever been. My wife's nickname for me is 'red alert.' I sometimes check just to see if the kids are breathing. But I try not to be a helicopter parent.

When I am not working, I go out on vacations with my family and enjoy a lot.
