Loose Women' didn't axe me. I had started planning the tour and album and Loose Women saw my list of 40 dates. I wanted to back out and focus on my music career.

Being tired doesn't necessarily make me grumpy but I do find it incredibly hard to focus or get anything done.

What you have to do is be grateful for the chances you get. I've always been very humble and never take it for granted, ever. I do the best I can possibly do.

Loose Women' is fantastic. It's great working with a group of strong, feisty females, who are also your mates. It's like therapy.

I was really fascinated by some of the things happening with Anonymous, the hackers group. I don't necessarily agree with everything they've done, but I thought it was a really interesting use of technology and the fact that there's a whole group of people who can take over systems and fight things from behind the scenes.

If high-tech companies are serious about doing the right thing, they can join together and lobby for more transparency and accountability in the way in which Chinese officialdom deals with Internet services.

With social media, with Instagram and selfies and all these apps that are trying to make you look perfect... it's hard for girls to grow up nowadays with all that stuff.

Now I know we have the power to incite change through the Internet - keep sharing our stories, our dreams, and our struggles.
