I was always smaller than the rest coming up at Coventry, and I developed physically more in the later stages.

I was only in Scotland for four months or something, but I look back at that, and it was a big learning curve for me in that short spell. I went there with an open mind to show everyone in Scotland what I was about. Looking back, I am very glad with the decision I made.

The only way you're going to improve is playing games and learning, being a regular week on week.

I'm learning and constantly getting better.

If I learned one thing by playing professional hockey for thirty-two years, it's that you have to love what you do. And that's not just true for sports.

I was the youngest kid on our street in Baltimore, and I was always playing sports with kids who were older than me. You learn a lot that way.

Well, I've learned a lot from Bill Belichick. I've said time and time again, before I got to New England, I thought I knew a lot about football. But I think he taught me a lot from A to Z. I still carry it to this day.

If you're a footballer, your club should be able to help you with medical needs, and that's where the women's game gets a lack of respect. It doesn't reflect well on women's football at all.
