Southwest isn't a 'This is my job, that's your job' kind of company. Being successful is our job, and we're willing to do whatever it takes to achieve that.

Or just people in general - why this person walks around with a frown on their face instead of a smile.

Everybody likes a kidder, but nobody lends him money.

I think the reality is that, that money was probably badly spent.

Particularly with internships, you have to work for a year with no money. How on Earth are you going to finance that?
