I never thought I was pretty enough. I was kind of tall and lanky. I don't mind it now, but back in the day I hated it. I would tell myself that what I think is ugly at 17 is actually what's going to be pretty about me later.

You can never take your reputation back. There really is nothing as powerful as a good reputation.

For me it was just more important to get the cancer out. With the double mastectomy I now have less than one per cent chance of getting it back, otherwise it was 20, 30 or 40 per cent chance and for me it wasn't worth it.

And that's not wrong. But when it interferes with my career and my business and becomes a threat to me, there's a problem.

I have no one to leave the money to. I'm a single man. I like spending my money.

What many economists fail to understand is that poor people are no less concerned about improving their lot and that of their children than rich people are.
