The people of California really like innovation.

Over the years, I really focused on doing the best job I could, working hard, getting great results, and working with my teams.

I'm the first person in my family to go to college, and I'm an immigrant. My aspirations coming out of college weren't particularly lofty. I wanted a good job with a good company.

I'd like to see a world where there are so many Latina women leaders - and women of all different backgrounds - in the top jobs around the country. When that happens, we've succeeded.

Party Down' was one of the most magical, special experiences of my professional career. Also special in my personal life, too. I made really good friends, and I had just a great time, and it was a great part.

For a while, I became a model scout and agent, thinking naively I could change the industry from the inside, and even kicked off the famous 'size zero debate' with an article I wrote to the 'Evening Standard' about my concerns from behind the curtain of the business, back in 2005.

I come from an almost unknown village near Rohtak called Madina, and that is where I started my wrestling career.

Make space in your life for the things that matter, for family and friends, love and generosity, fun and joy. Without this, you will burn out in mid-career and wonder where your life went.
