When I was growing up, if there was a Young Adult section of my town's library, I missed it. I wandered right from 'The Babysitter's Club' over to Stephen King. His books were big and fat and they seemed important. I eventually worked my way through most of the shelf, but 'It' is the one that stuck with me.

I keep waiting for things to get back down to whelming, but they stay at overwhelming.

If commercialization is putting my art on a shirt so that a kid who can't afford a $30,000 painting can buy one, then I'm all for it.

The abortion industry and their workers are under unique pressure and constantly in the spotlight because abortion is so controversial, and people on both sides are considerably passionate. This isn't a typical nine-to-five job. It's on a whole other level of intensity.
