When I was growing up, I'd be in the choir. My mum was the organist in the church, so I'd sing in the church.

I always felt that the music sells by itself. The music has always been the successful aspect on my career, and that means that, to me, I can always still stay very focused on music.

I told the record company I didn't feel the need to be at red-carpet events. I wanted a career. But I wanted to keep myself intact as a person.

It's very homely, this castle. It doesn't have huge ballrooms. I didn't want a cold, cavernous place.

Other people's success spurs me on to do well and gives me motivation.

Desire is the key to motivation, but it's the determination and commitment to unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a commitment to excellence - that will enable you to attain the success you seek.

For me, just being published feels like success.

In my opinion, in addition to the success we have achieved in launching new Vants and in pursuing development of a variety of drugs, one of our most important achievements has been the growth of Roivant itself as a platform to support the efficient identification and advancement of medicines across all of the companies in the Roivant family.
