Giving youth a chance is part of our philosophy, part of our DNA.

We as a club should be aspiring to have the best players playing for us. We’ve had that in the past. We’re in for players if the manager wants to be.

Where I get involved is that I have to sign off the money, yet when you have target one, two or three from your process I feel fine going after the No 1 target and, if it's not to be him, then number two or three.

We're always able to look at a position and have our view in terms of the list of targets that would suit Manchester United and augment our team.

I wasn't the brightest kid, not by a long shot. I was interested in football, in girls, in getting my work done with the least amount of effort.

I wasn't artistic in drawing or painting, but I think I am artistic in sport. I think I'm always looking for the ultimate, the maximum. It's a challenge that excites me.

Chicago seems to follow New York, and coming from New York and being in real estate, I worry about things happening in Chicago that have happened in New York. I've seen a great city like New York go downhill. It has a wonderful financial downtown, but the rest of the city is not very nice.

We have to remember there is not a big printing press in Washington that continually prints money over and over.
