With comedians, you have that understanding that we're trying to get laughs.

Stand-up is live, so I'm used to being live for most of my career. It's interesting.

My stand-up act? I combine the fact that the world is a violent place with the fact that each person is responsible for the situation they are in.

I think people tend to feel odd when I do my act. Unless you are an ironic person, it's not a good place for you to be.

I enjoy doing comedy.

I never wanted to do just one thing. There's even other things in comedy that I want to do. For me, it's always been that I have to have the vision first.

People say that the best part about doing animation is that you don't have to dress up to go to work, but I don't believe that. I dress up to go to work. I dress up for an airplane. I think it's just focusing your skillset, focusing on your voice and the comedy.

I think the best comedy enlightens, informs, and changes the way people look at the world.
