Since my kitchen is the most important part of my home, I want to be creative and innovative, not only in its aesthetic, but also in the tools that I'm using to cook.

I always appreciated the magnitude of my mother's imagination. She always saw beauty in what was broken, and she'd preserve it.

I've been so lucky to work with such great people: people that are such hard workers and have such a respect and appreciation for one another.

I don't really know how to describe my personal style.

I don't really need a personal trainer or watch what I eat. I can't start the day without a hot chocolate or finish it without a few squares of dark chocolate. It's good for my mood!
