Charlie Weber

I'm not going to say that a very young Charlie Weber is without his indiscretions. But not anymore; I'm way past those days.

The universe put me in New York, and I'm so happy it did.

Everyone in my family went to college. So I went for a year to appease people, in a way. I didn't really see that being my path, but I did want to be sure, as well, about that. When I was, that's when I left.

I ended up getting to do a lot of student films - no budget: somebody just wrangled up a camera and went to shoot stuff - and it was fun. It was great.

I can't start my day without espresso.

As an actor, you're always changing.

I love just being an actor. I love writing, but I'm not a writer. I have no aspirations to direct.

I deeply love the 1987 film 'Three O'Clock High.'

In high school, the drama program shifted to musicals, and that's not a skill set I possess, so I let sports be my outlet, and I agreed to play football in college. I was invited to play at the University of Missouri, and I played there for a year, but when all of the talented people are plucked and put in one place, it's scary; it's tough.

I've always found Dallas to be an eclectic place with great food and great music, and I love the sense of community there.
