I was a typical boy growing up, even though I wasn't particularly outgoing or chatty. I loved running around and playing football. My siblings and I are only a year apart in age, so we played together. Sometimes it was good being so close, sometimes it wasn't - like when they'd steal my candy and toys.

I'm very critical of myself.

I just take it one day at a time. Austin Powers has given me a lot of opportunities as far as my career.

In the film, I'm not very mobile, like in the space suit.

The Amish like to live a very plain lifestyle, the way they think God intended. It sort of brings you back to, like, 'Little House on the Prairie' days or something.

There's a lot of little people who think they can't do certain things, but like I say, if you put your mind to it, you can do things that average people do, just in a different way.

I like a lot of different types of music.

I think it was a good challenge for me to get my reactions across without being able to speak.

Somebody pitched me a superhero movie involving Abraham Lincoln. I was also pitched the idea of Dwarfula, which involved a mob of little people.

People categorise people as being disabled, and it's basically whatever you put your mind to, you can do, and everybody that has limitations, they can still do anything they want as long as they set their mind to it.

Working with Christopher Plummer, I mean, he's a legend. I was so, so nervous even meeting him, but he made me feel comfortable, and that helped me tremendously.
