I've known for quite a while that I was a funny girl.

I don't have a desire to do reality. Because my truth is not what people are responding to. My truth is funny; I laugh with my husband every day.

The soul of a woman is so important to maintain given all that is on our plates. Figuring out how to do it can be a little tricky. My prayer was, 'Lord, please help me. How can I do it all and not be overwhelmed? How can I do it all and still be happy?' His answer: Find the stolen moments of joy in all you do.

I've been married, divorced; I've been the baby momma, the side piece and the secret... all of these things. I share it in an effort to make people better.

The old adage is true, people will only be as good to you as you are to yourself. They will follow your example, and those who don't will be left by the wayside.

The adage 'a family that prays together, stays together' is so true.

I am deeply saddened to hear that the man who murdered my brother, Michael Ensley, has been charged with murder again. I grieve for every family who has been victimized by this heinous individual. My prayers and love go out to the family of Demetra Doyle Heard during this trying time.

Celebrate your child's achievement, then rotate it when the next mini-masterpiece comes along. Then chuck the old picture. Don't worry that you're throwing away a memory. Your children will remember your praise more than they will remember the picture with macaroni and glitter glued on it.

I have more energy to run after our four children. Weight loss and great skin were a bonus!

As women, we often think we have to be all things to all people, all at the same time. As a wife, mother, actress and businesswoman, I definitely feel the pressure to perform well in all areas.

My house is full of antics, mayhem, foolishness, carrying on, cutting up, shucking and jiving, and I have that whether cameras are there or not. Our youngest just had us up with her shenanigans and hijinks all night. So, it's all the time, even off camera.
